Our Story

Recovery is not a destination. It is a practice.

Recover.sg was founded on a simple belief: that healing is possible for everyone, and that the right support makes all the difference.

Why we exist

Recover.sg grew out of a shared frustration — that wellness care in Singapore was either too clinical, too expensive, or too fragmented to be truly useful for people navigating recovery from stress, burnout, chronic illness, or emotional exhaustion.

We brought together a small team of practitioners who believe in whole-person care: that the nervous system, the gut, the natural world, and the breath are all part of the same healing story. Our approach is evidence-informed, deeply human, and rooted in the rhythms of the body.

Whether you are recovering from a difficult season of life, managing a chronic condition, or simply seeking to feel more like yourself again — you belong here.
